President Obama has taken the use of executive orders to new heights, I'm sure, that were never imagined by the founding fathers. The most recent examples involve doling out billions of dollars in "grants" and extending unbelieveable powers to the Environmental Protection Agency. By granting to the EPA regulation powers over business and industry, Obama has, in effect, given the full force of law to what were once only agency regulations. Is this a "back door" approach to implementing and enforcing "cap and trade?" I think so. And again, . . . so much for "transparency." All of this done under the cloak of darkness, and again, on a weekend when all the reporters, legislators, and senators are at home and away from Washington. This president has done more on Friday nights than most high school football players!!! He works best in secrecy and gets in most of his damaging executive orders on weekends, when everyone else is out of town and the media is more apt to give him a pass.
